At our company, powerloom weaving is carried out using advanced, electrically operated looms to ensure high efficiency, consistent quality, and large-scale production. We have a total of 26 powerlooms, with a production capacity of approximately 18,000 sqm per month.
Our powerloom setup is capable of processing a wide range of yarn counts and materials, including 2/4 cotton, 2/6 cotton, 5 nm chenille, 5 cable wool, 2/120 wool, 2/15 viscose (5 ply), jute 2 ply, and 1 ply 4/5 cotton, among others. This versatility allows us to cater to diverse product requirements across multiple textile segments.
In our process, warp yarns are stretched lengthwise on the loom, while the weft yarn is inserted across them through an automated mechanism. The operations of shedding, picking, and beating are electrically controlled, ensuring smooth, continuous production with high precision and minimal manual intervention.
We utilize both conventional and modern powerloom technologies to achieve optimal performance, improved fabric quality, and efficient output. This enables us to deliver fabrics suitable for various applications, including home textiles and other specialized products.

Working Principle
In Jacquard weaving, each warp thread is connected to a separate harness controlled by the Jacquard head. The lifting of warp yarns is determined by a pre-designed pattern, traditionally through punched cards and now through computerized electronic systems. This allows complete flexibility in design creation, as each thread can be controlled individually rather than in groups.
